At Chrome Hearts Glasses, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
